DENTAL HEALTH TIPS |

- Brush your teeth after every meal, don´t spend more than 30 minutes to brush after eating, to prevent tooth decay and tartar formation.
- Visit your dentist once a year, for checkups and dental disease prevention, not just when you have pain or discomfort.
- Floss your teeth after every meal, to prevent decay between and maintain a better dental health.
- Eating a balanced diet that contains the five major food groups and balanced which includes bread, cereals, fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, fish, milk and cheese. Limit to the least amount possible or avoid eating junk foods.
- Visit us if you have any bleeding from your gums when you brush or floss, do not assume it is normal.
- Teeth are for chewing, they are NOT a tool to open bags, open bottles, open containers, and cut threads because they can fracture. Do not bite hard objects such as ice, pens, pencils, chicken bones, roasted beans to avoid dental fractures.
- If you practice any contact sport, don´t forget to use a custom- fitted mouth guard to prevent or minimize fractures or loss of teeth.
- After your whitening avoid consuming coffee, tea, soda water, do not smoke, for a longer duration of your whitening.
